Helmet Choice
I've heard it said on countless occasions that the cost of your helmet should reflect what's going inside. I disagree! Choosing the ideal helmet isn't done by price or design; it should be determined by the fit. Your helmet should have a snug fit with no free movement while unbuckled. As you move your head up and down and from side to side a helmet that fits correctly will remain in position. No two heads are exactly alike, and there is no one helmet that fits everyone perfectly. Every helmet manufacturer has different characteristics, and a particular brand may provide a better fit for you. Shop wisely and don't let the price tag be the deciding factor when it comes to safety.
Ceramic Coating
If you're tired of scrubbing a filthy header and are ready to drastically reduce the temperature of your exhaust, a ceramic coating may be the answer. Ceramic provides a polished-aluminum look that resists corrosion and is easily maintained. Ceramic is installed in the same manner as powdercoating, and many companies that provide powdercoat services can also coat your exhaust.
Seating Beads
To assist in seating a troublesome bead you can simply remove the core from the valve stem allowing air to quickly enter the tire. This increase in airflow will seat the bead much quicker than a slow fill with the core in place. Once the bead is seated you can reinstall the core and inflate the tire to operating pressure.

Spare Plug
It's always a good idea to have a spare spark plug on hand but finding a good place to store one can sometimes be difficult. Flexx bars have an abundance of foam that can provide the perfect spark plug storage. On the underside of the pad, hollow out an area the shape of your plug. The vinyl wrap will keep the plug securely in place until the day comes when you need it.
