MSR Strike Force Great fit like in-the-boot pants but enjoying the extra room and comfort of the OTB style. The super-durable Strike Force holds up through some pretty tough rides. The pockets were very functional, stashing staplers, arrows and rolls of ribbon for marking trail without so much as a tear. Not super-stylish but utilitarian in its look and performance. At $119.95, it is a little pricey but worth it. Sizes run 28-42 in olive or red, 26-48 in black.-Jesse Ziegler | GEAR | 87 | | Style | 15/20 | | Comfort | 9/10 | | Function | 48/50 | | Wash/care | 8/10 | | Price | 7/10 | See your local Tucker Rocky dealer; www.tuckerrocky.com; www.msracing.com | | No Fear Tank This $129.95 pant fits well, but is a little bulkier than some of the more anatomically shaped pants. It seems pretty durable, but it doesn't breathe as well as some of the lighter pants and seemed more suited to cooler temps. Heavier construction resists tearing, but it still melts on the headpipe. Style is good, but mono-color schemes may not appeal to all. You chose from two colors-black or red-and sizes range from 28-40, 42 in black (40 not available in black).-Jesse Ziegler | GEAR | 85 | | Style | 16/20 | | Comfort | 8/10 | | Function | 46/50 | | Wash/care | 8/10 | | Price | 7/10 | www.nofearmx.com; 866/787-3691 | | No Fear Combat The $79.95 Combat is really roomy and comfortable, but the leg openings are too big and catch on the footpegs and kickstarter. It's lightweight and breathes fairly well. The material was slippery, causing a lot of sliding on the seat; the roominess in the rear made this problem worse. Style is plain but looks good in black, navy or red. Sizes are 28-40, 42 in black (40 not available in black).-Derek Steahly | GEAR | 79 | | Style | 16/20 | | Comfort | 7/10 | | Function | 40/50 | | Wash/care | 8/10 | | Price | 8/10 | www.nofearmx.com; 866/787-3691 | |
