Moose Helmet Carrier
Riding in the mountains of Montana has been a goal of mine for quite some time. I thought I would be at least 50 years old before I was able to experience that cool mountain air and listen to the silence of nature's wild forestland. Well, all the stops were pulled for me and I got my turn to enjoy the Yellowstone area with some friends. It was an awesome experience with snowfall combined with sunny days and the scenery out of this world. But while going on these exotic rides, I always have an issue with my gear getting thrashed during travel. When I travel I try only using one bag, so I pack light to make my stuff simple to carry. That means everything goes into the same bag and that includes my helmet. And with bags getting constantly shuffled and even thrown around, my helmet gets scratched and even experiences unwanted blows from the grunge on my clothes and boots.
Keeping my head protected is my first priority when I ride my quad and I pride myself in getting the best equipment. So to have my $500 helmet investment ruined from the harsh realities of travel is not acceptable. That's when I began looking for a carrier of some kind to keep my brain bucket protected. While searching for a solution, I came across Moose's new Helmet Carrier. This carrier is made of 210-denier nylon and has a soft inner lining. It also has a hard shell base with ventilation from the bottom to help dry wet helmet padding. After taking a few trips with this carrier and realizing that I had no damages to my lid, I felt that my problem had actually been solved at a very low price. For $29.95, it's worth protecting your more expensive investment. --Rick Sosebee

Suzuki Carbon-Fiber Boot Scuff Guard Set
For every ATV there is usually at least one must-have product. I don't mean "must have" like the newest set of collector's coins on the shopping channel; I mean "must have" like you need to buy it right now and bolt it on your ATV before you ever think about riding it again. For the Suzuki LT-R450, that product is a set of frame rail protectors.
The LT-R's big wide frame rails are just asking to be abused by your boots, and you'll rub through that factory paint in only a couple of rides. If your frame rails aren't down to bare metal by now, you either ride in your wife's Ugg boots or you've wised up like we did and picked up a set of scuff guards.
We've tried a few different solutions for keeping our frame rails unscuffed. From cutout vinyl decals to skateboard grip tape, we just couldn't find a great solution. That was until Suzuki sent us a set of its Carbon-Fiber Scuff Guards.
The scuff guards are a Genuine Suzuki accessory, so the quality is second to none. They are made of real, coated carbon fiber, not just a "carbon look" sticker and are very similar to the tank protectors you see on street bikes. The guards are die-cut to perfectly fit your LT-R's frame rails and feature ultra-strong 3M VHB adhesive for a simple peel-and-stick application.
