Every now and then I'll get out into a world of varying conditions. The sun is nice, and a cool day of riding leaves me refreshed. But lately I've begun to enjoy the deep-rutted water hole side of riding. Since my shop is kept primarily pristine for great builds, I cannot stand to have wet or dried mud clumps on the shop floor-not to mention that it makes a mess in the trailer, creating more work for me after a ride.

So after I venture into the mud, I usually pull out a water hose to knock off the big chunks of mud. That's usually the easy part, but afterward I'm often left with the grime and stains on my ride days later. I've found few products that will get rid of the film and stains left by mud without laboring intensely.

Although the plastics and wheels were looking better, all of the rubber hoses were still a little stained with a hint of the last ride. I've searched for a while and have had several products get the stubborn stains off the hoses without harm as well, but they weren't quite as effective on the greasy parts of my engine and transmission.
