San Bernardino, Calif. - March 3, 2011 -Dirt Fest 2011, Glen Helen Raceway's annual celebration of four-wheeled off-road action, is coming to America's playground in Southern California on March 25th-27th. The three-day event will kick off on Friday with Glen Helen Ride Days, which gives riders the unique opportunity to explore Glen Helen's 256 acre facility on one of the many trails that off-road legend Gary Jones has laid out. Trails are designed from every skill level, so there's something for everyone to enjoy!
The action gets into full swing on Saturday with open practices and races for ATVs and UTVs on Glen Helen's famous tracks, open trail rides on single and double diamond trails, mud bog and baja drag races, and the ever-popular "blind drive" event! Major manufacturers like Yamaha, Polaris and Can Am will be offering demo rides of their latest models, and all kinds of vendors can be found on industry row behind the main starting gate!
Sunday will feature more exciting track and trail action, with the opening round of the 2011 Yamaha Quad-X series bringing Dirt Fest to its thrilling conclusion! The Quad-X series is open to beginners and pros alike, and gives racers the opportunity to compete on some of the best tracks in the Southwest.
