NEW SINGLE TRACK

GNCC; Pro Rider Andrew Matusek and the DP trail team are busy making a lot of new really cool trails. They have just finished about 20 miles of new trails in the original Off Road Park which will open on December 15th.

Additional will open Dec 26th with 15 miles of new trails ready to ride and more being added each week! These new trails will offer some excellent training for all the trail riders across the country. They are being hand cut with machetes, not by machine. Andrew promises some technical areas but all have easier bypasses. Durhamtown is offering a Pre-Winter season special!!!!!

Come on down a few weeks in Early in Jan- Feb and get some good seat time before the Florida event. Then come on back up to Durhamtown between the races to get set up for the Georgia Red Clay and be dialed in for the Washington General Race.

Durhamtown Plantation has experienced one of our best seasons ever this year so far with 33 members taking 23 quality bucks!

There have been as many or more bucks seen and many have been larger than what we have harvested in the past. This is due to hunters avoiding the riding areas for the past 7 years. The Quality of the deer herd has improved amazingly. Just ask any of our frequent riders!

We need to have a DOE REDUCTION on the property this year to keep the quality of the herd from getting overpopulated so we are offering a late season doe only guided hunt for any parent and child or female hunters to get more kids and ladies involved with hunting. We have many comfortable 1-3 person stands ready to hunt!

This is a doe only hunt, no bucks may be taken with this offer. However, many of you may see some quality bucks so; you can always join the hunting club for $800 per family and take 3 bucks per year.

This special price is: $75 per day ...1 doe per hunter/day

If you decide to join the club while here on a hunt; we will give you a full credit towards a membership!!

DURHAMTOWN OFF ROAD CHALLENGE

February 19th, 2011 @ 10:00 am
This event will be a test of all your motorcycle skills as it is a timed event!

START

5 lap moto on MX 1
Then off to the woods for 30-45 minutes of the 4 hour hare scramble trails.
Then rush on over to the Bomber for a moto of 5 laps
Then keep going over to the flat track for a 10 lap moto on it.
Not enough yet? Now 2 miles of tight single track and finally out onto the new Enduros Cross Track for a final moto of 3 laps!

TIME STOP... Did you finish it in under 2.5 hours?...... Tired yet?..... Run out of fuel?.....

This will start with 3-4 riders in one row being all in the same class. One minute between rows just like Enduros. We will have many different classes to qualify in from kids to adults.

This is a one of a kind race only at Durhamtown!!
