Blais/ImHof Win at Whiplash Cinders 100

It was a great weekend for the Blais Racing Services team. On Saturday, Blais Racing Services Owner Chris Blais along with co-driver Justin ImHof, take the Overall UTV and Pro Mod Class win in his HRT Motorsports, DragonFire Racing, Fox Shox, Fluidyne Powersports, FMF, Mastercraft-sponsored Polaris RZR. "I really enjoy trying new events and this was my first time racing the Whiplash Cinders race. It poured rain all day Saturday and throughout the entire 2-hour race. It was awesome and there was absolutely no dust at all. We pushed hard in the first lap and passed the two cars that started in front of us. Only one racer was able to keep up with our pace, and he got in front of us a couple of times only when we stopped to check out our car in the pits and another time when we pitted for gas. We ended up taking the win in the end by 2-3 minutes! Thank you to my co-driver, Justin ImHof, for a great time and a fun race."

Morgan Crawford takes the Overall Bike Win on his KTM 530
The rain let up for Sunday morning's 8AM bike race, but the thick fog rolled in at our 8,000 foot elevation. Visibility was only about 30-feet for the first hour of the race. Justin ImHof and Jeff Trulove were first off the line and Morgan Crawford was next, 15 seconds later. Morgan came down pit row in 1st Place just ahead of Trulove and ImHof on the first lap and never looked back. He consistently pulled 30-40 seconds a lap and won by over seven minutes in the 2-hour event. In the end, it was Morgan Crawford, Justin ImHof, & Jeff Trulove rounding out the Top 3, one lap ahead of the rest of the field. Way to go, Morgan!
