SEATTLE, Wash., July 31, 2008 - For the first time in company history, Vega, the leader in quality helmets at an affordable price, is offering an exciting limited edition graphic on its DOT standard/ECE-certified off road ViperTM helmet. The new VooDoo graphic is a dual profile design with blue on one side and red on the other, accented with gold and silver metallic flake for a bold, eye-catching look. Less than 2,000 VooDoo lids will be made available.

"Vega is thrilled to be offering such a cutting-edge graphic," said Jeanne DeMund, Vice-President of Vega Helmet. "We are confident that our most style-conscious off-road riding customers will snatch-up the VooDoo helmet and enjoy both its daring look and its feature-rich performance."

The limited edition VooDoo joins the existing line of aggressively styled Volt and Flame Viper helmets. The Viper was created with an aerodynamic and ergonomic shell shape for both performance and comfort. Available in sizes XS-XXL, the Viper offers superior venting design and a luxurious moisture-wicking liner that is removable and washable. The helmet accommodates goggles with an extra large eye port and includes a multi-position visor. An available Easy-Com system liner fits most communication devices.

As with all Vega helmets, the VooDoo Viper meets or exceeds DOT standards.

A high resolution photo of the VooDoo helmet is available upon request.
