Huevos Ten By H-Bomb Films
Running Time: 65 Minutes, Plus Bonus Features
Locations, locations, locations! That's what H-Bomb films has done in its 10th installment of the Huevos Grandes series: Take you on an ATV adventure around the world. The "Bomb Squad" travels far and near and everywhere in between. Argentina, Costa Rica, Mexico, the U.K. and some of the most sought-after spots in the United States (Danimals and Jackpot Ranch). The film's opening sequence sets the tone for a visually stunning 65 minutes of ATV mayhem. The star of the film would have to be Caleb Moore; the 20-year-old freestyle phenom has brought the level of the entire sport up a few notches with not only backflips, but backflip combos. Other impressive performances are put in by Rocky Cutsforth, who breaks a jumping record aboard a utility quad, Doug Eichner and Ben Bettis, who along with Moore join the elite 200-plus club. Don't be fooled, though, Huevos Ten is far from a freestyle flick; there's GNCC, GNC MX and WPSA MX and Quad Terrain Challenge all thrown into the mix as well. Ten installments have granted Wes Miller's crew access to the best riders on the planet, and when superstars like "Digger" Doug Gust take you into their homes, private planes and personal practice tracks, you know you've made it. GNCC stars Chris Borich and Chris Bithell also make appearances and display a fearless ability to absolutely fly through places in the woods where most of us would otherwise turn around. Equally impressive is desert ace Wayne Matlock's speed through the desert; Matlock only seems to know one speed, wide open. H-Bomb also takes the time to spotlight some of the stars of tomorrow in the Media Allstars segment. The film is flawlessly edited with all of the tricks that we've grown to expect from H-Bomb: HD, beautiful slow-motion shots, effective aerial footage and tweaked color balances. At the risk of sounding too clich, there really is something for everyone in this film.

Carpe Diem 4 By Premis Industries
Running Time: 60 Minutes, Plus Bonus Features
Of all the films, Carpe Diem is the most racing-specific title in the bunch. If you're a racer, this film is definitely for you. Then again, if you enjoy ridiculous shenanigans, such as crash-up derbies, death-defying slip and slides and behind-the-scenes looks at some of the ATV industry's best riders, this film is for you. What Carpe Diem 4 lacks in video quality, it makes up for in content. The havoc wreaked by bored ATV racers with a cordless hair trimmer leads to huge laughs and a plethora of bald heads. The best part about these antics is that they're being done by some of the biggest names in the industry. The film features superstar Chad Wienen, alongside practically all of the stars of the future. Just about every star that's on the horizon makes an appearance, and among the most memorable is youth phenom Joel Hetrick. Watching Joel is like watching old videos of Bubba Stewart, Ricky Carmichael or Travis Pastrana when they were kids. The fact that Premis Industries was the only title this season to feature youth riders is a huge plus. The stand-out segment would have to be the Media Allstars Crash-Up Derby in which Bobby Ross and Aaron Meyer attempt to jump a sedan, a van and a clapped-out pickup truck. Bonus features include a rare behind-the-scenes look at some factory race haulers and interviews with the fastest names in the sport. If you want to catch a glimpse of how the cool kids live, check out CD4.
It really is a great time to be an ATV enthusiast, but even the most dedicated riders need a day off now and then. In anticipation of that day, we recommend you stock up your video library, pick a comfy spot on the couch, order a pizza and enjoy the most amazing batch of ATV videos ever released.
