2006 Suzuki LT-R450 QuadRacer reviewed.

Suzuki's newest motocross machine, the fuel-injected 2006 LT-R450.
It's for real; Suzuki's EFI 450cc MX machine has a name and we have photos. The new LT-R450 QuadRacer sports a 450cc four-stroke engine based on the RM-Z450 motorcycle's, equipped with Suzuki electronic fuel injection. It also sports a wide stance and long-travel suspension.
Suzuki claims its new machine is race-ready out of the crate with little or no modifications necessary. Add in a lightweight and strong steel swingarm, center exhaust, titanium valves, magnesium covers, electric start and removable headlight and the LT-R450 looks well-equipped to back up that claim. There are more details and images of Suzuki's newest arrival in our December issue, on newsstands in a few short weeks.
Electronic Fuel Injection means a fuel pump, which we are guessing is the big cylinder behind the battery. | One of the new Suzook's most noticeable features is its wide stance. | The LT-R450 looks like fun and we can't wait to get our grubby mits on one! |
