April 2, 2010 (Atlanta, GA)- Keith Little and ATV Rider Magazine have teamed up for 2010 in order to conduct an Experiment unlike any other performed in the history of ATV Racing. The "ATV Rider MX-Periment" is being conducted throughout the entire 2010 ATV MX Racing season with the goal of taking one Pro MX Racer (Keith), and have him race four identically prepared 450cc machines (Honda TRX450R, Kawasaki KFX450, Suzuki LTR450, & Yamaha YFZ450R) throughout the season. The year long trial should not only back up our claims of having the ability to build Pro Caliber machines, but provide an unprecedented opportunity to collect, and track data on how each component, and machine work together. We'll work tirelessly to tweak, and refine each machine with the feedback we're collecting in actual Pro Class racing conditions. Keith Little's professionalism, and experience will provide an insight that few people are privy to, and we'll share it with you. The MX-Periment's success will not be measured by finishing positions, but rather by information gathered, and exposure. No racer has ever raced four machines in a single season, and while the task is daunting, Little is up for the challenge.
"This is a great opportunity for me, I've done things the traditional way for so long now that I'm really excited about doing something different. I've been blessed with three separate factory rides [Honda, Yamaha, & Kawasaki] throughout my career, so I have real race experience aboard three of the four machines. I've ridden one Suzuki, and it was built by ATV Rider [March 2010 Issue], and I loved it. I think this will be good for everyone involved." The ATV Rider MX-Periment participants include: Big Gun, ITP, Pro Armor, Exit Shocks, Tungsten Performance, Shift, K&N, Quad Tech, Web Cam, CP Pistons, Precision Racing products, Hinson Clutch Components, Flexx Bars, Smith Optics, CV4, Works Connection, Streamline Brakes, Division Four
