Tanteum-Manastash
Riding offered: A very popular riding area for bikes and short-wheelbase 4WD vehicles. Numerous loop opportunities on trails that range from valley bottoms to ridgetops and vary in difficulty. Bike and jeep trails are intermixed, so it is not uncommon to have deep ruts from jeeps in the middle of many trails. Large, sharp rocks are also very common, so the use of good skid plates is highly recommended. Primitive camping is allowed along the side of the road, and there is a newer Forestry Service graveled camping area.
